In placing an order, we will use the personal information provided in the order form to process and fulfill your order. This information may be shared with a third party, if necessary, to ensure proper fulfillment and delivery of the results. If users provide us with e-mail addresses, we will use them to respond to their questions, comments and requests. We may use the information provided to inform users of related products or services; however, we will not sell e-mail addresses or personal information for profit.
As a matter of policy, all compensation data obtained through surveys we conduct is maintained in absolute confidentiality and individual participant data is never revealed. No data elements are reported with less than five participating organizations and five incumbent rates in the industry-specific results.

We do not sell or disclose information to others. However, on occasion, we may contract with a service provider to perform functions on our behalf, such as deliver packages or send e-mails.
