When you participate in the Compensation Data survey, you agree to provide us with current data on your organization’s pay and benefit practices. The survey is comprised of three sections: a Company questionnaire, Benefits questionnaire and Jobs questionnaire. Data collection starts in January and varies by industry. To receive the participant rate, users must provide data for their executive team. If you are unable to participate, access to the Executive Compensation results may be purchased at the non-participant rate.
