2014 OHA Compensation Survey
The Oklahoma Hospital Association is pleased to partner with Compdata Surveys to conduct OHA’s annual healthcare compensation survey starting in 2014. The new online format offers enhanced capabilities for accessing pay and benefits data and the ability to create an unlimited number of custom reports.

The results tool allows you to run custom pay reports on 300 job titles, and includes pay practices and benefits information. View reports online or export them to a spreadsheet or PDF.
Peer Group Report
In addition to the comprehensive results in the OHA Compensation & Benefits survey, participants can add the OHA Peer Group Report. The report provides you with a more accurate view of your competition by allowing you to define your market as you see it. Run an unlimited number of custom reports and choose facilities by name to include in this anti-trust compliant report. View information for the data points:
- Average base rate
- Weighted average base rate
- Average total compensation
- Weighted average total compensation
- Percentage of incumbents eligible for bonus
- Percentage of incumbents receiving a bonus
- Flat dollar bonus amount paid
- Range minimum, mid-point and maximum
- Average hire-on rate
