The Oklahoma Hospital Association is pleased to partner with Compdata Surveys to conduct OHA’s annual healthcare compensation survey starting in 2014. The report provides you with a more accurate view of your competition by allowing you to define your market as you see it. Run an unlimited number of custom reports and choose facilities by name to include in this anti-trust compliant report. View information for the data points:

  • Average base rate
  • Weighted average base rate
  • Average total compensation
  • Weighted average total compensation
  • Percentage of incumbents eligible for bonus
  • Percentage of incumbents receiving a bonus
