2014 AHA Compensation Survey
The Arkansas Hospital Association is pleased to partner with Compdata Surveys to conduct AHA’s annual healthcare compensation survey starting in 2014. The new online format offers enhanced capabilities for accessing pay and benefits data and the ability to create an unlimited number of custom reports.
If you were unable to attend the live presentation of the results tool in May, or just need a refresher, view the following recording to see how to run custom job reports, access valuable pay practice and benefits data, and get a sneak peek of the new AHA Peer Group Report.
The results tool allows you to run custom pay reports on 300 job titles, and includes pay practices and benefits information. View reports online or export them to a spreadsheet or PDF.
Peer Group Report
In addition to the comprehensive results in the AHA healthcare compensation survey, the AHA Peer Group Report gives you a more accurate view of your competition by allowing you to define your market as you see it.
